Four months old male cocker spaniel available

This is heartbreaking for me. I recently got my four months old cocker spaniel. However, I need to rehome my fur baby as I have been recently accepted in a university and my family decided i will be living in my school. He is suppose to be my therapy dog. I am looking to rehome my fur baby to a family and Im willing to provide basic stuffs such as toys, cage and some treats. He is fully vaccinated when i got him from breeder.
