Wanted: Caregiver for Elderly Man

I am looking for a live in or full time caregiver for my father.
He has a number of medical issues but has a medical team in place.
Caregiving would include:
Support
Meals
Laundry
Support for exercises
Cleaning – changing adult pads
Socializing
General supportive assistance
